12 April 2013 I have a query, a company took manpower services from a contractor for upgradation and building their plant. And the labour cost of the same was capitalised, wether Reverse charge mechanism will be applicable on it ??

12 April 2013 Capitalisation or not solely from accounting point of view is not relevant for CENVAT purpose. If it is an eligible case of RCM, it will be applicable.
