25 September 2008 If a company purchased a constructed house whether cost of land and building are required to be separately capitalise. How these are separately assessed that what is cost of land and building

25 September 2008 if company purchases the constructed house , you can claim the depreciation on purchased value.

no need to apportion separately

if not u can capitalize the whole amount.
