If a company purchased a constructed house whether cost of land and building are required to be separately capitalise. How these are separately assessed that what is cost of land and building

if company purchases the constructed house , you can claim the depreciation on purchased value.

If in the Agreement Separate Apportionment is there,then its ok.

In Sale deed document Appendix page apportionment of land and building will be mentioned.
