Expenses incurred for repair of concrete road to pevar within the Petrol Pump are of capital or Revenue nature??

please let me know who is the owner of the land on which the concrete road is built

Assessee himself is owner of the land

if the concrete road had been capitalised, then repairs on the road is REVENUE expenditure
