Respected Sirs,
We are purchased Capital Goods from Other state, now the materials are not suitable for us, so we are willing to return the material to supplier. in this we are raised GRIN also how to return the material. pls give a suggetion as earliest please.

The GRN is in most cases subject to QC. If the goolds are returned as rejected, then mark them accordingly, prepare the necessary goods return memo and dispatch them accordingly, without payment of duty.
