Capital goods purchase

Pl. clarify whether we can purchase capital goods like, machineries etc, on CST basis, issuing Form "C" on concessional tax ( ie, @2%)

First of all you have to include capital goods list in your Form B CST Registration Certificate. If it is already included there is no problem in getting the machinery against issuing form C at concessional rate.
