26 July 2013 I have capital loss from equity shares aand capital gains from equity and debt mf .Can I add all of them ?
when I add all of them I will get capital loss as shares loss is very high

26 July 2013 yes you have set off the loss with gain

26 July 2013 Should I post them under schedule CGS section
From asset where proviso under section 112(1) is applicable (without indexation)
