My father sold two properties, viz agricultural land and residential land on which capital gain amounts to Rs. 70 lakhs and 25 lakhs respectively. (Total Sales Consideration is 1 crore)
As there is restricition of 50 Lakhs in 54EC Bonds, can i invest in both bonds and a property worth 45 to 50 lakhs?

Multiple option for reinvestment under 54EC and 54F is permissible provided all
other conditions in those sections are fully satisfied.
