ALL PAYMENT RECEIPTS, PLAN,WATER,SEWAGE AND ELECTRIC CONNECTION ARE IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE (OWNER). I AM PAYING CONSTRUCIOTION EXPS
ONLY.
AT PRESENT I AM LIVING IN MY OWN (MYSELF OWNER) HOUSE WITH MY WIFE & CHILDREN.

54F is serious about the ownership. So much so, it also does not let anybody to have more than one house. Better if you go by 54EC rather than 54F.
