05 April 2012 Whether a Certificate of deposit in Capital gain Account is required to be submitted to IT Authorities or merely a deduction claimed in the return would suffice?

05 April 2012 Deduction claimed in return would suffice...

however if demanded from income tax department then you have to submit the certificate...
