Whether Gain or Loss from Options (F&O) be treated as Capital Gain or Income from Business ??. Kindly guide me on this. Thank you in advance.

It is PGBP. Inference is from clause (d) inserted to the proviso to Section 43(5) with effect from 1/4/2006.
