Dear Sir
I have booked a flat with builder during the f y 2004-05 and make the token money Rs 2.00 Lacs. Rest of the amount were paid as per their schedule up to f y 2009-10. I had paid total Rs. 10.00.I got the possession for that flat m/o January, 2010.
During this F Y 2013-14 i want to sell that flat so that i want to know about its indexed cost will calculate from F Y 2004-05 or after getting possession of that flat.

You have to calculate indexation from the FY in which you have got possession of the flat.
