20 January 2011 I HAVE A JOINT ACCOUNT IN A BANK. I AM RECEIVING INCOME FROM SHARES WHEN I RECEIVED CHEQUE FOR NAME OF JOINT ACCOUNT. SHE IS NOT HAVING PAN CARD SO INCOME IS RECEIVED.IT WILL BE TAXABLE FOR MY ACCOUNT OR MY WIFE ACCOUNT PLEASE SEND ME ADVISE IN THIS SITUATION.
