I have 2 factories on which i have charge depreciation. Now i am selling 1 factory in Rs 1 crore. 1 factory WDV is 40 lakhs and 2nd factory WDV is 35 lakhs. How to calculate capital gain in this case.

if you're selling only factory 1, then your capital gains will be 1cr minus 40 lacs = 60 lacs

STCG is 25 lakh(1 crore less 75 lakh)
