I have sold one site for Rs 4400000 on march 2014
again I hv purchased a site on the next day and constructed house but its for my wife name which is completed with in 9 months
sold property was my ancestor's site transfered to me in 1998
I hv no childs
can I get exemption for cptl gain ?

Yes, provided you get consent letter form your wife to construct the house property over her plot.
