I'm received a property from my father and my father prepare a sale deed and registery who shows that its sale by my father Rs. 3200000 cash ...bt it's not real transaction ...and how a notice received by it department for capital gain income...plz tell me suggestion

1)Convince there is no actual sale and it is only a gift from father
2)say that due to ignorance sale deed was prepared instead of gift deed
