if the private limited company shares are conaverted into listed public limited company shares so what is the period of holding if he sale the shares within 12 months after listed the company? which capital gain arise? PLEASE SUBSTANTIATE THIS THAT WHICH SECTION OF INCOME TAX ACT SAYS THIS
