18 December 2015 Sir I bought a land in the year 2011-2012 and entered in a joint venture agreement with a developer he has started registering flats in the year 2014-2015 . we have agreed the JV at a ratio of 40:60 (40% land owner)what will be my tax liabilities as a land owner will I get benefitted with long term capital gain

18 December 2015 Benefited to the extent of exemption u/s 54F for the value of ONE flat you get out of 40% built up area.
