i sale flat husband & wife joint holder but purchase party deducet full tds only wife not husband so i see all flat sales working income tax department in wife account or not

The mistake done by the purchaser is not to be carried on by us. You have to go through with the factual position as shown in earlier returns of Husband and wife.
