if a trust is created & a vacant site is transfered in the name of the trust then do the clubbing provisions apply with regard to capital gain when the said property is sold?

pls refer to sec 11 (1A),
when the trust sell the property, capital gain will apply, if the trust does not invest the sale proceeds to purchase another assets
