09 July 2014 2 shares of HDFC Limited was purchased on 22.7.13 @ Rs.834.55 per share and the DP issued me a contract note for that. However, since the they could not give delivery of the shares on the due date they credited my account for 2 shares of HDFC Ltd @ Rs.868.19 per share on 24.7.13. So I made a profit of Rs.67.28. How should I show this? Should I show 2 nos. as purchase and 2 nos as sales and difference as SCG or I should not show any purchase or sale?

09 July 2014 if you sold with in 12 month of purchase then sTCG will applicable otherwise if you pay STT then it is exempt income u/s 10.

11 October 2014 I had booked a flat in 2002 and afterward paid 10 instalment to the Bulider upto 2006.The flat was also financed by bank.I had received the possession of the falt in 2006 and regestration of flat is done in 2007. In 2014 I had sold the flat.PLz tell me:-

1)What will the cost of acquisition and
2)For Indextaion which year index be will be taken.
