01 June 2014 sir,
In the case of immovable property

The possession of immovable property got by the transferee but the deed of conveyance is not executed and registered ,

the above situation means TRANSFER OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

01 June 2014 yes but it should be registered for complete transfer of property.

02 June 2014 for income -tax purposes once the possession changes hand, transfer is triggered.
