Would I get exemption u/s 54B .If sale process of urban Ag land invest in Rural Ag land with in stipulated time. pL reply .tks.

well you should. the language of section suggest "purchased any other land for being used for agricultural purposes." Thus, any land either rural or urban being used for agriculture should be sufficient.
