Hi,
There is a situation where in Land & Building are sold together by a company.Land is in possession since 6 Years and building since 1 Year.
Now company has not bifurcated profit to land & building separately.
How to Bifurcate profit as long term and short term?

The sale consideration shall be apportioned between the land and the building in proportion of their cost of acquisition.
