Can I capitalize the expenditure incurred for 3 phase electricity connection in the initial stages of my business.

Hi, expenditure for electricity line is distinguished in to two categories:
1. Bringing the ele line to premisse
2. Set-up installed in the premises
Expenses of first nature can not be capitalised as not incurred within premises and not of capital nature
Expenditure of second nature can be/or will be capitalised. You can include fees or payments paid to consultants here for liaison
