Cannot generate JSON from Excel for filing ITR U

I have to file ITR U for one of my client for FY 2020-21, I have already filled and saved excel file in ITR 4 and tried to create a JSON file, but could not. How to complete the task sir ?

Download the latest ITR excel utility for AY 2021-22, reprocess the file and upload the return directly through utility, after payment of tax liability.
