1.When there is a dispute between the landlord and the tenant and the tenancy agreement is cancelled is there any provision or rule under which TIN (vat registeration) be cancelled, by the landlord intimating to the concerned officer.

surrender original letter of allotment to CIT(TDS) stating the reason, after 1-2 follow up they will cancell it and inform you.
