Kindly suggest
Can a Company cancel its earlier Ordinary resolution passed for increasing Authroised Share Capital.

can we modify the said resoluiton by reducing the authorised share capital

11 November 2010 In my opinion u can not cancel but can modify previous resolution passed for increasing the Authorised Capital of the Company........

Kindly let me know that if yours is a Listed Company and u have passed the resolution for increasing the Authorised Capital of the Company and then why your Company is cosidering the proposal to cancel the resolution so passed???????
