can ITR 1 filed wrongly for AY 2013-14 instead of 2012-13 be cancelled or revised.?

filed return cannot be cancelled...belated return cannot be revised.
the only option you have is to not send the itrv and let it lapse. and then send the revised return. in such a scenario, revised return shall be considered original return
