Cancellation of articleship

10 March 2014 What are circumstances under which Principal can cancel the articleship if trainee has already completed 3 months of training & please let me know whether it is possible for the principal to take such steps....

11 March 2014 there is no such rules but if he is not doing work assigned or not coming to office daily etc and causing trouble to him he may apply to icai for termination.

11 March 2014 Cancellation not possible ..however he can give termination to student on mutual consent or misconduct base..he may inform to icai abt his misbehaviour

my principal is not signing the Termination form, please tell me where should I complaint about this.
Is there any student union in Delhi to help students in such situation.

24 March 2014 you cannot complain anywhere as its last dec of the principal member to sign or not...so u dont have any option but to take sign....
