21 March 2012 What are the procedures for the surrendering a pan card taken in the name of a partnership firm.(reason for surrendering is that the firm has been winded up)

21 March 2012 Only duplicate PANs can be surrendered. There is no facility to surrender PAN for the reason of winding up of the business.
