If we had excess credit in Cenvat Register should we utilized this Input credit to pay our Service Tax on GTA.

19 May 2016 You can not utilize CENVAT Credit for payment of service tax under Reverse Charge. If you are liable to pay service tax on GTA under reverse charge, then you cannot discharge your service tax liability through CENVAT Credit.
