22 November 2011 The above service is not expressly covered in inclusion or exclusion of definition of input services. you can take cenvat credit but u have to convince that u have used the above service for providing output services. U have to take care that above service should not be used for personal use of employees if it is so then cenvat credit shall not be allowed.
