yes credit of service tax on hotel bills can be taken.

The above service is not expressly covered in inclusion or exclusion of definition of input services. you can take cenvat credit but u have to convince that u have used the above service for providing output services. U have to take care that above service should not be used for personal use of employees if it is so then cenvat credit shall not be allowed.
