Can we sale goods from one branch to anther branch at C form

Hi,
Can we sell goods from one branch in UP to another branch in Punjab at C form.
I know that branch transfer attracts F form
But in our case as the order by the third party is pre-defined so,we can not sell the goods by transeferring to another branch at F form.
So, can we use C form for Branch Transfer.
Pls give proper and convincing reply
Pls also give case laws reference, if possible.

Yes you can but billing should be to the relevant customer and not to the branch.
