Can we file itr of ay 11-12 after filing itr of ay 2012-13 ?

i have filed itr 1 of my client for ay 2012-13. later i came to know that his itr for ay 2011-12 was not filed.

my question :

Can we file his ITR-1 (salary income) for ay 11-12 now ?
