Hello everyone,
i have filed itr 1 of my client for ay 2012-13. later i came to know that his itr for ay 2011-12 was not filed.
my question :
Can we file his ITR-1 (salary income) for ay 11-12 now ?

Yes sir, you can file return of AY 2011-12 even after filing the Return of AY 2012-13.
