The exemption Notification No. 25/2009-CE (NT) dated 06.11.2009 has nothing to do with the goods falling under chapter 39 as the goods falling under Chapter 69 and 94 are subject to exemption from duty for the period from 1-9-1987 to 28-2-1989 in terms of the Section 11AC.
