26 December 2009 we would like to start production of Agro Shade Net
registered under Khadi Board.
The said good (Agro Shade Net) is a genuine product of village industry.
HSN Code (3926.90.99) confirmed by the commissioner of commercial taxs,Thiruvananthapuram

Q.1 Is there any exemption in EXCISE/VAT/CST for the said goods?

28 December 2009 The exemption Notification No. 25/2009-CE (NT) dated 06.11.2009 has nothing to do with the goods falling under chapter 39 as the goods falling under Chapter 69 and 94 are subject to exemption from duty for the period from 1-9-1987 to 28-2-1989 in terms of the Section 11AC.

So your query is beyond the understanding.
