16 October 2010 YES, UNCLE AND NEPHEW BE A PARTNER IN A FIRM.

16 October 2010 sir,
please explain with any law in this regard.

17 October 2010 Since there is no express prohibition in the Indian Partnership Act,1932 uncle and nephew (if major)can be partners in a partnership firm.

18 October 2010 Very much possible.

Relatives are allowed to enter in the partnership.
