Can there be income other than articleship stipend ?

09 April 2015 I have a query relating to the guidelines/provisions of icai with respect to the Income earned other than stipend received under articleship. What if a person has income from taking tuitions other than normal stipend being received from the principal ? Can anybody tell whether it is legal to earn such a income during the course of articleship as it not affecting the timings of articleship ie. from 10am to 7 pm and the tuitions are being taught as a part time from 7:30pm to 9:30pm .. Thanks

had u taken permission regarding this... i think u need to take permission only by filling form no 112 for engaging in other business profession..
