Sir,
A person has enable GST in composition scheme in dec17 and submitted nil return for fourth quarter.
Can he make IT file.

He can file his ITR in respect of the income not covered under GST and business income earned prior to obtaining GST Registration. His earlier period turnover should not exceed Rs 20.00 Lac.
