No you cannot since FY 2011-12 pertains to AY 2012-13 for which belated return can be filed only upto March 2014.

ok thanx to reply but when we proceed the return,the first page showing Ay 12-13 for uploading a return,

dear anurag,
you cannot file return for AY 2012-13 suomoto. only where you have received any notice under 142(1) or 148, you can file the return for AY 2012-13 or earlier years.
