10 May 2010 hello, i need ur expert guidance regarding my queries.. i m a b.com graduate. i have registered for CS executive programme as well as CPT dec'10.. but i m confused that wat if the articleship period of CA will clash with the 15th months practical training period of CS next year in case i clear CPT this year.. n when should i fill up the requisite form with ICAI for permission to do additional course along with CA?

your guidance will be of great help..
i will be looking forward to ur answers at the earliest

10 May 2010 You can definitely do both the courses together but after seeking permission for additional course.

10 May 2010 You can pursue both the courses simultaneously. For that you have to intimate ICAI through filing of form 112.

But you can not continue both the trainings at a same time.

10 May 2010 Form 112 should be file to ICAI.

11 May 2010 Yes, you are required to submit Form 112 for obtaining permission from ICAI.

You can submit form 112 within 30 days from joining other course.

Read form 112 carefully. Something must be written on the form regarding time lines.

17 May 2010 within 30 days after commencement of article ship training.....after 30 days you can submit form 112 but with fine and condonation letter by your principal only...
