21 June 2018 can i file return of A.Y 17-18 means f.y 16-17, if there is no tax liability and income below slab rate.
please refer under section too, thanks in advance.

21 June 2018 In normal provisions no way for filing ITR for Ay 2017-18...

But.,
You can try to file request u/s 119(2)(b) to Your CIT/ITO. In case he will accept Your request then You can file Your ITR. Otherwise no way...

21 June 2018 No more special formats for the above said way... You can write normal request letter with reason of delay
