I was a PCC student and i have cleared my 1st group, and I am converting in IPCC naw, Is I am eligable to give this may 2013 attempt for 2nd group............please anybody rply soon

As per the Notification , you will benefit f Unit Scheme. You will be covered under Point no.2 and 3 of such announcement as given in above mentioned link.
I think, you will not be eligible to appear in May, 2013 until you comply the Point No. 2.
