25 May 2023 Can a practicing CA be a designated partner in an LLP with it's spouse? Will the answer differ if the CA surrenders Certificate of Practice?

26 May 2023 They can create LLP. CA n CS will be partner under same LLP.
In case of business it's not allowed.
It's allowed on surrender of COP.
