22 June 2016 Can we Avail Input Credit of Service Tax on Bank Charges, Inspection Charges, Interest on Cash Credit Charges, Interest on Bank O/D.(If Any), Letter of Credit Charges, Processing charges, Inspection charges.

As of Now - Letter of Credit Charges Charged by Bank - Can we Avail Service Tax.
and Other Charges.

Can List Out.

We are Manufacturer. (Excise as well as Service Tax) Applicable.

22 June 2016 you can take on the bank charges, etc. but on L C charges only inwards goods service tax can claim.
