Because Last date of filing income tax return is 15.10.2010,So on this behalf Audit report date can be after 30.09.2010 u/s 44AB????????

The notification for extension of th date of filing of income tax return has extended the date of filing of tax audit also. thus the tax audit can be any date on or before 15.10.2010.
