Can articleship form be filled with back date

30 April 2014 Today is last day for reg. Of articleship but I didn't get articleship in any gud firm yet..I want to know can I fill the form after today with back date... N shud i require any stamp paper..???

30 April 2014 Yes u can file it in back date but consent of ur principal is required. N no need of any stamp paper, what u have actually to do is to do a notary on the form.

30 April 2014 notary will also give you a stamp paper only...kindly get Form 102 franked or stamped today...leave the start date and other details blank for the time being.
