Can a spouse (ca) sign his/her spouse fillip form

17 February 2019 Hi,

Can a CA spouse sign his/her spouse documents?
For example, A (husband) wants to incorporate LLP. B (wife of A) is a chartered accountant. Now, can B help in incorporation her husbands LLP?
Can she sign on his husband's FILLIP form?
Can she sign on his husband's subscribers sheet?

Please resolve my query. Thanks

18 February 2019 In the eye of Law, every individual is a different legal entity and individually responsible for their activity. So, only the individual himself is supposed to sign to execute legal documents. However, a legal entity can endorse their legal right in favour of a different legal entity through execution of Power of attorney.
