Please tell me whether a Private Limited company can give loan to an INDIVIDUAL who is not connected to the company. If yes, what compliance has to be done.
Please help ,its urgent.

but u have to pass board resplution for.this and.have to file same.with roc
and.check limit of lpan woth 186 otherwose.u need to pass sr if u cross.limit of 186can contact me.at csdiveshgoyal@gmail.com for more clarification
