Can a principal sent form 109 without article signature??

12 July 2015 i am in last year of aticleship i had taken leaves for my ca final exams in nov-15, my principal had sent form 109 to icai without my signature. i went to him twice he was not ready to keep me in office he said he had terminated me from articleship.i am in a big tension now, do i have to do aticleship again???can it affect my exams???what will be the consequences. please rply....

17 July 2015 witout your signature u cant be transferred by ur ca and if it was really true then u must have recieved letter from icai for termination or transfer

17 July 2015 I got letter from icai to explain why m not going to office I had replied to icai....

17 July 2015 then u can say u were on leave for ca final exams....but wat was real reason u didnt go to office and why ur ca doing all this

18 July 2015 The real reason was I was supposed to take coaching nd in my office my senior article had taken 1.5years leaves for ca final prepration on that basis I took leaves...I was not knwing that my ca will do this...
