A ca holding full time cop with a partnership in a firm, can he file tax audit and adt1 in his personal name ?

He can not file if he would file it will be treated as assignment of his own practice and not of the firm.

He can do so provided his firm has suitable clause of understanding either in partnership deed or otherwise.
